DomusVi offers a comprehensive and evolving range of services, adapted to each person’s level of autonomy and individual needs — from support at home to medicalised residential care.

At home

– Telecare : A simple, reliable and accessible alert system to stay safe and reassured at home.

– Home help and home care services

– Home help: Available 24/7, home help services support older adults in their daily activities:
– maintaining social connections,
– assistance before hospitalisation,
– support with returning home after a hospital stay, preparation for admission into a care home,
– enabling people to remain at home as long as possible

Nursing care at home (SSIAD) : For people aged 60 and over, on medical prescription. Objectives include: preventing or delaying hospitalisation, shortening hospital stays, enabling a quicker and safer return home, postponing admission to a residential facility, supporting people facing painful or complex situations

Residences and intermediate solutions

  • Senior Services Residences

    Located in city centres, these premium residences offer studio to three‑room apartments, furnished or unfurnished, with equipped kitchens.
    They provide a comfortable, secure environment with premium services : concierge, Club areas (lounge, bar, games rooms…), and personalised services to make daily life easier.

  • EHPA – Non‑medicalised residences for older adults

    Designed for autonomous seniors seeking a safe environment, adapted services and a rich social life.
    They offer permanent or temporary stays in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    Teams made up of hospitality and administrative professionals provide personalised support aligned with each resident’s life project.

Medicalised nursing homes (EHPAD)

Warm and secure living environments for older adults with increasing loss of autonomy.
For temporary or permanent stays, our teams provide :

– personalised support

– social activities and daily stimulation

Many residences also include specialised units for people living with Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders, providing dedicated, compassionate support.

Other specialised activities: care centres for people with disabilities, post‑hospital stays, to assist with recovery and enable a safe return home
