The Initiators were born from one conviction: the best ideas for transforming daily life in our residences come from the field. From our employees.
The Initiators are the women and men of DomusVi who, drawing on their experience, come together around projects and targeted approaches to care. DomusVi is here to support and promote these initiatives.
This project also stems from the desire to bring our Manifesto to life in a concrete and embodied way.
Three core purposes form the foundation on which each community builds its identity and charts its own path.
• Action: bringing together our talents and expertise to invent, reinvent, and propose concrete solutions to everyday challenges.
• Sharing: coming together with peers, supporting one another, passing on knowledge, and developing our expertise.
• Passion: uniting around what drives us, whether it is a subject or a project.
“Les Complices”, “Les Anges gardiens”, “Les Apprentis”, “La Présence augmentée”, “Le Travail raconté”… several communities have already emerged, enabling teams today to become a driving force for ideas and to implement concrete actions that respond to their everyday challenges.
