Sustainable development
Taking care of the elderly and most vulnerable is our ongoing commitment.

- Taking care of the elderly and most vulnerable is our ongoing commitment. Today, we have decided to go further, together. Our commitment must be broader: we want to take care of our communities and our homes, just as we care for the elderly.
- Based on 3 pillars – environment, social & societal, and governance – our sustainable development approach translates into 15 commitments, that derived from our dual materiality analysis conducted with our stakeholders.
- Our renewed Sustainable Development Roadmap for the period 2023-2026 sets out these 15 commitments in terms of objectives, which are incorporated into country-level operational action plans, as well as the numerous local initiatives organized daily in our residences. It is the sum of everyone’s actions that will allow us to act positively for the future and the well-being of all. We will make strides together, to allow all generations to live better and longer.
