DomusVi strengthens its financial solidity, confirming investor confidence and the relevance of its strategy.
As part of its Next2030 plan, DomusVi aims to become the European benchmark in ageing support, building on a level of care already among the highest and the strong commitment of its teams.
At a time when the ageing of the European population is set to accelerate significantly in the coming years, DomusVi is reaching a major milestone in its development.
DomusVi has successfully carried out a €500 million bond issuance, which was significantly oversubscribed by investors. At the same time, all of our financing has been renewed and secured through to 2031.
These excellent financial results reflect the confidence placed in DomusVi and pay tribute to the daily work carried out by all our teams across the countries where we operate. They also confirm the strength of our model and the relevance of our ageing support strategy.
This positive momentum is also recognised by rating agencies: following S&P in 2025, Moody’s upgraded DomusVi’s rating in April 2026, thereby confirming the Group’s robustness and prospects.
This milestone is fully aligned with the launch of our new strategic plan: Next2030.
Developed with our teams and adopted in April 2026, this plan reflects a strong ambition: to make DomusVi the European benchmark in housing, services and care dedicated to older people.
Next2030 reaffirms our positioning as a specialist in ageing support and places the freedom of choice of older people and their families at the heart of our approach. Whether at home or in residential care, our ambition is to offer increasingly personalised care pathways, respectful of individual expectations, lifestyles and aspirations.
Our strategic roadmap also sets ambitious targets in each of our countries: • achieving the highest standards of housing, service and care quality;
• further strengthening families’ trust;
• providing the best possible working environment for our employees, notably through the deployment of the professional communities “The Initiators”.
The results achieved today already demonstrate the relevance of this strategy.
The quality of DomusVi’s services and care, as assessed by the French National Authority for Health (HAS), now reaches the highest levels in the sector in France as of the end of April 2026.
For nursing homes: • 83% of evaluated DomusVi facilities received an “A” rating from HAS, compared with 33% across the sector in France;
• 100% of evaluated DomusVi facilities obtained an “A” or “B” rating.
For home care and nursing services:
• 54% of evaluated services received an “A” rating, compared with 16% across the sector;
• 87% of DomusVi services achieved an “A” or “B” rating. With Next2030, we reaffirm our ambition to prepare DomusVi to meet the major challenge of demographic ageing in Europe.
