The DomusVi and Residalya’s teams will pool their shared values and expertise to continue developing their offer in quality care and hospitality for the elderly in France.

Following information and consultation with employee representatives, the transaction will be submitted to French antitrust authorities for approval, and could be finalised during the second quarter of 2019.
